
As many as 13 judicial officers were transferred across the province on Friday. According to a notification issued from the Peshawar High Court (PHC), district and sessions Judge Anwar Ali has been made officer on special duty at the PHC.
He has been replaced by district and sessions judge Shahid Khan from Abbottabad.
Similarly, sessions judge and additional registrar Muhammad Sabir was transferred from DI Khan to the same post in Oghi, Torghar; civil-judge-cum judicial magistrate Qaiser Khan Afridi was transferred from Haripur to Swabi, Irshad Ali from Swabi to Haripur, Muhammad Iqbal from Charsadda to Abbottabad, and Faisal Anjum from Abbottabad to Charsadda. Likewise, Syed Mudassir Shah Termizi has been sent to Kohat from Mardan and Asmatullah from Mardan to Kohat.
