Political crisis to be resolved soon through talks with PTI: Ahsan
Minister says government wants to reach a breakthrough as early as possible

Progress in negotiations between the government and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf could be expected as the protesting party had withdrawn its demand for Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's resignation, Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan said on Thursday.
According to Radio Pakistan, the minister, while addressing the media in Lahore, expressed hope in resolving the prevailing political crisis in the country through talks with PTI.
Iqbal – who will accompany Finance Minister Ishaq Dar during talks with PTI – said the government wants to reach a breakthrough as early as possible, and urged PTI’s leadership to demonstrate seriousness in the process.
He also regretted the violence that took place in Faisalabad, urging other political parties not to issue provocative statements that could incite workers of opposing parties.
