Nearly 54% candidates have passed the intermediate supplementary exams held in 2014, officials at the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Abbottabad said on Friday.
Assistant Controller Moazam Khan said 8,420 students appeared in the supplementary exam. Of those, 4,547 students passed. According to Khan, 1,036 students appeared in the pre-medical exams and 760 students passed.
He added 985 of those who took the pre-engineering exams were successful. Of the 5,355 students in the humanities group, 2,420 passed, Khan said.
