Helping hand: Fundraising show held at INMOL for needy patients

The Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Oncology (INMOL) Patient Welfare Society on Wednesday organised an exhibition items made by patients at Inmol.  Inmol Patient Welfare Society president Yasmeen Zia said the initiative had been taken to raise funds for patients at the institute. She said the society had been providing needy patients at the Inmol with food and medicine. 

Inmol Director Abu Bakr Shahid said the exhibition was held two to three times annually. He said patients and their attendants liked to engage in constructive activities as they tended to have time to spare. Shahid said the society purchased their handiworks and displayed it for sale at the exhibitions.
