Foiled: Rs62m worth of goods seized in Nov

Customs officials seize goods during an anti-smuggling operation

KARACHI: Customs officials seized smuggled goods worth over Rs62 million during an anti-smuggling operation in November, the regional office of the Customs Intelligence and Investigation directorate revealed on Monday. During this period, 166,000 litres of diesel and petrol, 34 tons of plastic dana and large quantities of imported cloth, electronics and vehicles being smuggled were confiscated.
