Targeted attack: Man gunned down in Pirwadhai
According to police, two armed men targeted Abdul Rauf, a resident of Bajaur in a market, injuring him. The victim was taken to a hospital in critical condition, where doctors pronounced him dead.
The police said that the preliminary investigation indicated that Rauf had been targeted over an old enmity by his rivals, who also hailed from Bajaur.
The police have registered a case and further investigation is under way.
