Chilling crime: Remains of murdered man, woman recovered from freezer in Karachi

KARACHI: A man allegedly murdered his uncle and aunt before dumping their bodies in a deep freezer in Malir, Karachi on Friday.

According to DSP Al-Falah Jahanzaib, chopped remains of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) employee Syed Badar Hussain and his wife Razia Begum, were found stuffed inside a deep freezer. They were both in their forties.

The remains were shifted to JPMC.

Police and locals of the area reached the house of the located in Block B, Bagh-e-Malir, within the jurisdiction of Al-Falah police station after being informed by other tenants of the house and the victim's brother.

“Hussain’s brother who lives in Liaquatabad visited their house when they did not answer his phone calls and found the husband and wife duo stuffed in their deep freezer,” said Jahanzaib.

The police suspect that Hussain’s nephew is behind the murders. Raids are being conducted for his arrest.
