It is not "stressing education". It is "stressing politic". These politicians of AJK used the education for their politics. They started three medical colleges in three divisions of AJK to please some of their voters and didn't think anything about the quality. One of those is not even mentioned by PMDC and see classes have enter in third year (remember this poonch medical college has not got even a 200 bed hospital. why talk about standard). The admissions of other two colleges were also temporarily banned by PMDC. Is ko choren. Now every month they are inaugurated a new university in "small towns" where no one from other districts would want to go for education to get chunk of votes for themselves. AJK has population of 4.5 million having 5 universities, 3 medical colleges. hundred of colleges and polytechnic institutes and still it is very backward. you wonder why????
