KARACHI: The police have yet to trace the culprits behind the killing of a Dow University of Health Sciences professor Rubina Khalid, who was shot dead during a robbery in Gulshan-e-Iqbal when three armed motorcyclists intercepted her car and tried to steal her gold chain and other valuables on University Road on Monday evening. Gulshan-e-Iqbal DSP Khalid Tipu said that the investigation was in its preliminary stages, adding that the police are trying to make sketches of the culprits with the help of witnesses. He further said that a case had been registered against unidentified culprits on the behalf of the victim's husband Khalid.
