Collaboration: Industrial zone to be set up

FAISALABAD: Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development Management Company Chairman Khawaja Asim Kurhshid and Export Processing Zone Chairman Aftab Anwar Baloch have agreed for the early setting up of EPZ in the industrial estate located on M3 industrial city. EPZ will get the joint venture agreement approved from the board along with a timeline for preparation of the feasibility study of the proposed EPZ. Kurhshid and Baloch said that their efforts will promote exports and create commercial opportunity. Additionally, this zone will create substantial employment opportunities for the skilled youth. Industrial units of textile, engineering, pharmaceutical and other sectors will take the benefit of incentives and facilities of EPZA.
