ISLAMABAD:
One week prior to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) rally in Islamabad, roads leading to Constitution Avenue were blocked by the federal authorities for security reasons, Express News reported on Sunday.
Massive concrete blocks were placed near Nadra Chowk to block the road.
However, roads leading to Margalla and Serena hotels are still open to traffic.
The security authorities plan to block all routes leading to this important road except for one.
PTI is scheduled to hold a massive and what Imran Khan has been calling a decisive rally in the federal capital on November 30.
“Get ready for November 30. Reach Islamabad,” he had told his supporters.
