"If anyone wants to do a show of strength in Islamabad, we are prepared for it but if someone tries to create chaos then we are prepared for that too," Nisar said, while addressing the media in Islamabad.
“There is no obstacle if any one wants to hold a political rally on November 30 but a protocol needs to be followed and permission needs to be sought from the district administration."
The interior minister further said that within the next two days the district administration will contact PTI's leadership and decide the venue for the rally and agreement on certain conditions.
“If the PTI clarifies that they are holding a peaceful rally on November 30 then the government will facilitate them and provide security but if they want to attack the government and state institutions then there should be no doubt that the law will take its course before the day of their rally," Nisar warned harshly.
Shifting his focus from arrangements of the rally to the the rally itself, the interior minister once again lashed out at the PTI chairman Imran Khan.
"As an interior minister, I am indifferent to the speeches and harsh language being used at the rallies but as a Pakistani I would say that I see less revolution in this movement and more chaos."
“How is standing on top of a container everyday and ridiculing others a revolution?” Nisar questioned, alleging that Imran ridicules anyone who speaks against him in his sit-in.
"Anyone who disagrees with Imran is ridiculed. Javed Hashmi was removed as party president because he did not agree with Imran's decision to march to PM House," he added.
Regarding the oft-heard PTI chant, "Go Nawaz Go," the interior minister said the PTI should observe patience and learn to accept behaviour similar too their own -- an apparent dig at PTI's move to issue a show-cause notice to PTI lawmaker, Javed Naseem, for shouting slogans of “Go Khattak Go.”
On October 4, Naseem protested against his own party outside Peshawar Press Club. He made scathing remarks about rampant corruption and nepotism, and challenged the authority of K-P Chief Minister Pervez Khattak.
The interior minister also pointed out only "50 people" were left on Constitution Avenue after Tahirul Qadri wrapped up his sit-in.
"A couple of policemen can easily clear the avenue, but we are letting them continue the sit-in," Nisar claimed.

Government should get rid of this undercover PTI agent Interior minsiter ch. nisar.
Why must you provoke Sir with your statements, what makes you issue warnings; do you have the itelligence which expects hooligans and violent people taking part in the peaceful demonstrations? If not then hold your horses sir and make sure that none of the law men will take unruly or provocative steps to incite the crowd. Good luck for the peaceful gathering which can only stregnthen democracy.

Mr. Ch. Nissar is in direct violation of a court order by not serving arrest warrants to IK. This is his responsibility as interior minister. Hence, him talking about the law being upheld is total rubbish.
This weak and morally bankrupt government will have to go, today or tomorrow. No question about it.
@Musafir: Actually, Nisar was confused at first between pleasing the establishment and IK on the one hand and following the Govt. policies scrupulously, on the other. But now the tide has turned in favor of the Govt. and now he shall lead from the front on behalf of the Govt. Don't underestimate his capabilities.
Law should take it's course against your govt for corruption.
@Blithe: Do it now, if they violate the law and become violent or goad their followers to become violent.
Enforce a policy of anti-destablishmentarianism and/or anti-destabilization.
In my very humble and very personal opinion, the Interior Minister of Pakistan is the most ineffective personnel on the Cabinet.
Yes law will never take its course when election got rigged
Why didn't you arrest the miscreants and the ring leaders IK and TUQ after the attacked the policemen and state buildings??? You should have arrested them there and then!!!
