Two arrested for putting up pro-IS stickers in Lahore
According to initial reports, the men were caught on camera, identified through NADRA's database and then arrested. A case has been registered against the two individuals in Nawab Town police station.
Earlier, Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Lahore had constituted a special team comprising of Crime Investigation Department’s officials to arrest those responsible for activity related to the promotion of IS as graffiti and posters began to appear in various areas of Lahore.
On November 11, Lahore DIG Operations Dr Haider Ashraf registered an FIR against unidentified persons for calling for support for the militant group.
Earlier, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif ordered IG Punjab Mushtaq Ahmed Sukhera to probe into the wall-chalkings around the city which led to the registration of the case against unidentified persons under Section 153 in Nawab Town police station.
Earlier this month, the National Counter Terrorism Agency wrote to a dozen government agencies warning them to be on guard against the IS group.
“The successes of IS play a very dangerous, inspirational role in Pakistan, where more than 200 organisations are operational,” the agency said.
Messages supporting IS, the militant group which has declared a self-styled caliphate over large swaths of territory in Iraq and Syria, commonly known by its Arabic acronym Da’ish, was reported in Peshawar after pamphlets were distributed in the city.
IS graffiti has also appeared on walls in Gligit-Baltistan and Quetta.

Crush ISIS!
Such things should not be tolerated in Pakistan,down with fascists and extremists.
Arresting couple of sheeps, does not solve the problem ! The mindset has been created in this society over past 3-4 decades, hence this is just drop in the ocean, it will soon become tsunami, if the state does not wake up and act !
There is no space for ISIL ideology on this planet. The acts of barbarism against anyone will never be tolerated. Their ideology is rejected by the vast majority and if there is ever a remote possibility of any support by a few misguided ones it should be nipped in the bud. We commend the security experts in using technology to identify and arrest the ISIL supporters. This sends a clear signal to those who would be misled and support ISIL by promoting them that they will be apprehended. ISIL should know that they, along with their ideology, are not welcome anywhere.

You have a point - I doubt the victims who are beheaded care much whether the terrorist is from IS, Taliban or whatever. I suspect IS gets more attention because the USA and others have made it clear that borders are not going to protect them from high tech manned fighter bombers - Pakistan has enough issues with unmanned drone attacks.
It is about time that instead of covering the faces of the apprehended criminals and terrorists and hiding their names, our Police, government and media starts sharing these particulars. Not only it will make the general people more vigilant but also produce countless other leads as well.

Such unlawful arrests and charges will sow the seeds for future crop of terrorists. If its legal to arrest anyone sympathetic with IS, then why members of other extremist organizations are not arrested and prosecuted because all these groups have same ideology.

There should be no tolerance on this issue. Infact every hate speech and every wall chalking should be banned. Moreover we receive many SMSs based on religious hatred on a daily basis and there must be a hotline to report such numbers and websites.
