Property expo attracts investors’ attention
Real estate developers get a chance to discuss plans
LAHORE:
As the real estate business swiftly gains popularity, it is increasingly viewed as a sector that is dependent on the technical knowledge of its members. The increasing trend of investments and the emergence of private developers to fill the gap on housing units in Pakistan have shunned the preconceived notion of unskilled workers handling the industry.
The prime examples are introduction of modern styles with gated communities, induction of educated professionals in human resource, online dealings and increasing trend of property expos.
Currently, a property Expo is under way in Lahore at the expo centre, where real estate firms and developers have displayed their stalls to advertise for particular large-scale projects.
Organised by Zameen.com, the Expo was visited by professionals, as well as investors to look in to further opportunities either to invest or to book a unit for their future needs.
“We are very proud to have organised such an incredibly successful event at such a massive scale,” said Zameen.com CEO Zeeshan Ali Khan.
Khan added that the face of the property sector is changing dramatically and at a time when industry is getting increasingly competitive, it is very important for national developers and builders to make their presence felt and build professional contacts.
The companies displaying their stalls were also enthusiastic about the increasing maturity by public in real estate and they termed this expo as a great opportunity for them to convey their plans to potential investors.
“This is a much more potential for us and this is all due to the emergence of real estate as a proper business,” said Hammad Rasul, general manager marketing, Royal Residencia Limited, a building company.
