Pakistan routed Australia 2-0 in their "home" series in the United Arab Emirates last week to lift themselves to number three in the world Test rankings.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) said cash awards would be given to the players to recognise the win and individual performances.
"Chairman of the PCB Shaharyar Khan has approved bonus and performance incentives totalling 14.75 million rupees ($147,500) to the triumphant Pakistan squad and team management and support staff that beat Australia," said a PCB release.
Pakistan backed up the win over Australia with a thumping 248-run victory against New Zealand in the first Test in Abu Dhabi on Thursday.

That's it? $150K distributed among 16 players doesn't quite sound like a windfall.
Sure its a worthy performance but don't forget it was a batting wicket that suits our batting style. Lets not count our chickens before they are hatched. The real test will be on the fast and bouncy Australian and New Zealand wickets, where the likes of Sarfaraz and Shafiq will suffer. A positiv has been the superb spin attack with bursts of occasional fast medium swing bowling. We can say Adieu to Saeed Ajmal and Rehman. The other positive has been Misbahs captaincy and Younis, his batting.
