"Strengthening the rupee, strengthening Pakistan's stock markets, eradicating shortages of gas and electricity... this is the route to success," the premier said while speaking to the media via telephonic means.
Nawaz had arrived in London to inaugurate the Pakistan-UK Energy Dialogue and Investment Conference, which will be held on Thursday, Radio Pakistan reported.
The conference will be attended by chief executive officers and leading personalities from the energy sector, and will focus on assisting Pakistan in seeking investments and addressing its energy needs.
Before leaving for London from Berlin, the premier had stated that Pakistan has signed agreements worth billions of dollars with China regarding energy and infrastructure development.
Further, the premier had also said that the reduction in petroleum prices has been made to provide relief to the people of Pakistan.
Nawaz had said that the country has ample resources that can be utilised and the government would make every possible effort to facilitate the people.

@salman: Nawaz is there on personal private business. Because it has nothing to do with energy. No He is there to see his bankers. check his accounts, investments and his properties. He simply cannot make a private visit to England. He has to disguise it under a phony conference. Energy Dialogue.
