This ‘Hollyween’, celebrities got their groove on. While some stars looked spooktacular celebrating the holiday, others wore costumes that failed to scare us stiff. Here are five Halloween looks that we thought were boo-tiful.
The Teen Wolf star, Colten Haynes was completely unrecognisable with this year’s Halloween dress-up. Haynes dressed up as Fiona from Shrek and included his fans in his transformation from hunk to ogre through a series of photos on his Instagram account.”Welp…costume is done. Let’s just say I’m feeling a little green! ” Colton tweeted before the party.
Once again model Heidi Klum didn’t seize to amaze us with her Halloween get-up for this year. As incredible as expected Klum sported a super colourful costume of a butterfly, coupled with a detailed facemask, wings and antennas. Before heading out to get her freak on, Klum took to Twitter and captioned the transformation, “This is how it happens #hkhalloween #behindthecostume @cce_inc @bcorso.”
Singer Katy Perry decided to turn up the heat at this year’s Halloween by dressing up as a flaming hot Cheeto chip. The singer not only sported a bright orange costume but also matched it with a handbag that looked exactly like a bag of Cheetos.
Actor Neil Patrick Harris of How I Met Your Mother fame always teams up with his family in the most innovative way possible. This year Harris chose to go green and purple dressing up as Riddler from the Batman series. “Happy Halloween from Gotham City!,” Neil wrote on Twitter with a picture of himself and his husband David Burtka with their twins Harper and Gideon.
Halloween is all about fun and comedian Ellen DeGeneres never fails to deliver her humorous banter during the festive day. Adding the fun to funny, DeGeneres dressed up as newlyweds George and Amal Clooney in their wedding outfits on her talk show, which aired on October 31. “This might be my sexiest costume yet. Because what’s sexier than a woman with a brain?” said Ellen, according to justjared.com.
