“The bodies are not too old. They were shot in the head and dumped in the Khanozai area in Pishin,” a Balochistan Levies official said.
“The bodies have not yet been identified and have been shifted to the Provincial Sandeman Hospital Quetta,” he added.
Violence in Quetta
Earlier in the month, 11 people were killed and many more injured in separate bomb and suicide attacks in Quetta on October 5.
A suicide bomber struck at a crowded Eid bazaar in Hazara Town, a Shia neighbourhood of Quetta, Saturday night, killing at least five people and injuring 20 others, some of them critically.
With incidents of violence not being uncommon in Quetta, a former councilor of Orangi Town, associated with the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), was shot dead along with his son in an act of targeted killing on September 17.
