Education Initiative: PEF launches New School Programme

86,488 students have been enrolled in the NSP programme

LAHORE: The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) has launched its New School Programme (NSP) in various districts of the province, PEF Deputy Managing Director Salman Anwar Malik said on Friday. He was addressing a meeting. Representatives of PEF partner schools from Rawalpindi, Jhelum, Khushab, Sargodha, Attock, Mianwali and Chakwal attended the meeting. Malik said students enrolled at NSP schools were provided textbooks. He said their education was free. He said 86,488 students under had been enrolled in the NSP programme. He said the PEF had introduced many useful interventions in school education.
