The Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarian never needed to form a coalition government in Sindh, but we took the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) along with us for the sake of democracy and politics of reconciliation, PPP Chairperson Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said on Thursday while addressing party workers in Garhi Khuda Bux on the third death anniversary of Begum Nusrat Bhutto.
During the meeting, Bilawal shouted, “Marsoon marsoon Karachi na desoon”, a slogan that follows earlier chants of “Marsoon Marsoon Sindh na desoon” and “Marsoon marsoon Pakistan na desoon”.
“If the PPP had resorted to a long march, the lion would have shrunk to a cat by now,” Bilawal said, without naming any political party directly.
Paying rich tribute to his grandmother and former party chairperson Begum Nusrat Bhutto, Bilawal said she struggled against the dictatorship of General Ziaul Haq and strove to revive and strengthen democracy in Pakistan.
He invited all the political forces to join hands with the PPP in strengthening democracy in the country, saying “If they do not want to accept our invitation, they should clear out of our way.”
Earlier, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, MNAs Faryal Talpur and Ayaz Soomro, Sindh Assembly Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani, senior Sindh minister Nisar Khuhro and others visited the mausoleum of the martyrs and laid floral wreaths on the graves of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, Benazir Bhutto, Nusrat Bhutto and others and offered fateha. A Quran Khwani was also held at the mazaar and Naudero House.
On Wednesday night, Bilawal celebrated Diwali with the Hindu community at Naudero House. According to the reports, 700 Hindu families from Larkana division were invited to celebrate with the party chairman.
On this occasion, two daughters of MNA Ramesh Lal presented rakhis to Bilawal. Advocate Kalapna Devi, who was also secretary general minority wing of PML-Q, announced to quit PML-Q and joined PPP.

@imran ali: "Bilawal helping MQM ….in creation of another province in sindh by his hate speech and ethnic politics… "
His own mother's, father who had a legal right to be called a Bhutto, started the process of chopping up of the country. It is too late for Baby Bilawal to interrupt the natural course of historical development.
@Pakistani patriot: I agree with you. PPP is seeing its vote bank disappearing so it has decided to play the ethnic card and drum up support by attacking MQM. They were once a national party, now they will be a minority party that will cater only to a few in sindh. Bilawal does not realize he is causing more votes to flow out in order to retain a few. Moreover, he knows without Karachi there is no economic base for the rest of sindh as they have done nothing to develop the province despite having ruled it for 40 years. Today, minus Karachi, sindh is dead last in education, economic and social development. That smacks in face of PPP but they have no shame.
@RKM...world geography border changing ..first it was in Europe, now middle east redrawing of border...before no body thought Kurd will have autonomous area, When a big population are marginalized ,there is always a demand of separate province....Bilawal and PPP and its B team the Sindhi nationalist helping the cause by hate speech
"During the meeting, Bilawal shouted, “Marsoon marsoon Karachi na desoon”, a slogan that follows earlier chants of “Marsoon Marsoon Sindh na desoon” and “Marsoon marsoon Pakistan na desoon”."
Judging by PPP performance since coming into power in Sindh, the correct slogan they should use is: "Marsoon Marsoon, koyee Kaam na Karsoon...." Its so appropriate that PPP party leaders can tattoo it on their foreheads...
18th Oct show was not Poor in fact pathetic bilo is loosing whatever he have from the legacy (Not bambino cenima). now it is time to to define new boundaries all over Pakistan, i am fail to understand that it is a proven fact by doing this thing will eventualy get better the administration control, law and order, corruption every thing including the quality of average citizen.
MQM does not have what it takes to create a separate province and make it a model entity in Pakistan.
Bilawal helping MQM ....in creation of another province in sindh by his hate speech and ethnic politics...
Mr. Zardari is requesting MQM to rejoin Sindh government while Bilawal said we had no need of MQM. Which one is right or wrong; father or son?
Pakistan needs change and soon. The feudals enjoy luxuries and the peasants are no better off than they were at the time of partition. Pakistan CANNOT live on four provinces and having smaller units with good administrations are the order of the day. These feudals are only protecting their vast swathes of land acquired from the pestilent British. Go PMLN go. Go PPP go. Salams
PPP is afraid of losing votes, so it had decided to play cheap enthinc politics to get back votes from sindh based on identity. It is time that all parties in Sindh go after PPP and aks what has it done for the people of Sindh! This dynastic and ethnic policitcs should come to an end
Dont we have any good psychiatrists in Larkana?
@Rehan...Sir, an inch of Sindh even can not be snatched. Thankyou.
Bilawal needs to act quickly. The party is in dire straits now and will lose Sindh completely if it does not take the right steps.
I feel bad for PPP, MQM is about to snatch away half of Sindh, and the PPP will have nothing to hold onto. Times are changing, and Pakistan's geographical boundaries are about to be altered.
Baby Bhutto can't sleep at night, Mohajirs about to create a separate province and his PPP will go on welfare, LOL.
