Controversial statement : MQM slams Khursheed Shah

MNA Kishwar Zahra saysword Mohajir was not an abuse instead people like Shah are

KARACHI: MQM Women Wing In-charge and MNA Kishwar Zahra has strongly condemned PPP leader Khursheed Shah for calling the word ‘Mohajir’ an insult to the entire Urdu-speaking community. In a statement Zahra said Shah should not forget that the ‘Mohajirs’ sacrificed their lives and properties for this country. She added that prior the inception of Pakistan, Muslim Sindhis were slaves of Hindu Sindhis, and they were freed due to Mohajirs. She said the word Mohajir was not an abuse instead people like Shah were an abuse for the peaceful land of Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai.
