LAHORE:
Ghalib Market police have registered a murder case on the complaint of the mother of an under-training civil service officer who died on Wednesday. The case has been registered under Section 302 of the Pakistan Penal Code against unidentified people. Nabeeha Chaudhry’s mother has alleged that her daughter was murdered. The investigation team has seized Chaudhry’s diary and has sent it to the forensics lab to determine whether she had written its contents. The police have also confiscated her phone and will use it to contact others made party to the case.
