According to coach and manager Arshad Khan, PAF played with a full squad for the first time this season.
National striker Mansoor Khan, upon his return, scored the opening goal in the seventh minute of the match.
Imran Mushtaq doubled the lead in the 19th minute while Mansoor scored again in the 30th to give PAF a 3-0 lead at the interval.
Debutant Salman Khan sealed the win in the second minute of extra-time in the second half.
Arshad said that it was a good match and a healthy start to the second leg of the league.
“We want to win every match of ours like this, with a margin of at least three goals,” Arshad told The Express Tribune. “Our biggest defeat was against Army earlier in the first leg. That was disappointing for us. But now we have our full squad so we can keep our expectations higher.”
With the victory, PAF are now at the third spot in the league after claiming seven points from four matches. Muslim FC and KPT are ahead with nine points each.
In Wednesday's fixture, Muslim FC will take on Army in Islamabad.
