Lahore Development Authority auctioned 11 plots – eight commercial and three residential – for Rs54 million on Monday.
A statement issued by the LDA said 46 bidders participated.
The prices of these plots had been estimated by evaluators of the State Bank of Pakistan.
The maximum bid was offered for a corner commercial plot – 165, Block J-III of Johar Town, measuring 77 square metres – Rs7.82 million.
Its price had been fixed at Rs1.21 million per marla but it fetched a price of Rs2.15 million per marla.
