Internationally acclaimed musician, Stephan Said, will film a video for peace and global unity at Port Grand.
The video aims to create a message of hope rising from Pakistan. Multi-ethnic artist Said is amplifying his generation’s call for unity and peace on his trip to Pakistan where he is making a music video for global unity and filming a TV show, featuring people and organisations making a better Pakistan.
“Culture has the power to unite people across the world, and by elevating these voices we lift a new and needed narrative worldwide,” said Said.
Special guests Farid Ayaz and Abu Mohammad Qawwals, the students of the National Academy of Performing Arts and Ida Rieu will perform with Said.
The project will include a ‘Light The World Pakistan’ concert at Port Grand on Thursday, October 16, from 9pm to 11pm. To encourage maximum participation, students and young men and women are invited to attend the event at the port with no charge for the concert.
