Police constable, woman killed in Peshawar firing

PESHAWAR: A police constable and a woman were killed in a firing incident in Peshawar's Budh Bher area, Express News reported Monday. 

According to initial details, the victims were in a car when an unidentified man fired at them for reasons not known as yet.

The constable was reportedly travelling from his village to his police station.

The police constable was also a member of a peace committee, prior to which he was a recruit in one of the special forces.
