Allah have mercy on the Poor soul. Our system need to be changed with strict complaince of rule of Law, "As Laws are made but not followed".There are no rights for the traveller and the perpetrators are brought to the Court. Thorough Inquiry should be held against them in the Railway department also the culprit are deprived with perks and benefits of service.
