Without incident: Eid celebrated peacefully in Attock

District management and police personnel deputed at all main public places

ATTOCK:

Eidul Azha was celebrated in the district with the main prayer held at Liaquat Ali Khan Stadium where most residents offered prayers.

Religious scholars and prayer leaders highlighted the philosophy behind the ritual sacrifice in their sermons and special prayers were offered for the IDPs. District management and police personnel were deputed at all main public places, mosques and imambargahs to prevent any incident of violence.
