A man and his two children were killed in an accident on National Highway near Ghotki on Wednesday night. Two women were also injured. Muhammad Ishaq Shaikh was on his way to Yaroo Lund from Gemro with his family on a motorcycle.
As they approached Mirpur Mathelo, a speeding truck coming from the opposite direction crushed their motorcycle. Shaikh, his five-year-old daughter Sara and two-year-old son Abdullah were killed. His wife Hasina and sister-in-law Sassi were injured. Police shifted the bodies and the injured to Civil hospital. The driver fled but the police claim to have impounded the truck.
