Justice served : Murder convict sentenced to death

Police had registered a case against Ramzan and presented a challan in court for trial

SARGODHA: District and Session Judge Malik Sajid Ali on Thursday awarded death sentence to a man accused of murder case near Jhaal Chakioan police station. Prosecution said Muhammad Ramzan, a resident of village-55 North, had shot dead a Qamar Abbas, 20, after an argument. Police had registered a case against Ramzan and presented a challan in court for trial. After hearing arguments, the judge sentenced Ramzan to death and ordered him to pay Rs100,000 fine.
