Motive unknown: Woman shot dead by neighbour

The suspected killer fled after carrying out the attack

PESHAWAR: A woman allegedly shot her neighbour dead in the outskirts of the city. Police said Fazilata, a widow, opened fire at Ayesha in Choli Baba in the jurisdiction of the Mathra police, killing her on the spot. The suspected killer fled after carrying out the attack. “We have registered an FIR against Fazilata on the complaint of Khan Muhammad and are investigating the matter,” said a Mathra police official. The motive behind the attack could not be ascertained by the police till this report was filed.

I feel sorry for the girls with chains on there face, they seem to me if they are prisoners who are not allowed to speak or see.
