Petty Issue: Mechanic shot dead over bill
The police reached the spot and shifted the body to a local hospital.
RAWALPINDI:
A man was shot dead in the Racecourse police area after a heated argument over a monetary dispute with the alleged shooter. Rafi Khan, a resident of Nai Abadi, Chak Jalaludin, worked as a mechanic at a workshop and had a monetary dispute with Mehmood over the repair of his car. After refusing to pay the amount Khan was demanding, Mehmood whipped out a pistol and opened fire, killing Khan on the spot. Mehmood then fled the scene. The police reached the spot and shifted the body to a local hospital.
