Separation from India is Kashmir's only solution, says Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front chief
He further lambasted India, stating that India was not concentrating on the destruction caused by the floods in Kashmir.
Floods in Azad Jammu Kashmir have resulted in the death of at least 64 people.
The floods have wreaked havoc worth at least one trillion rupees in Kashmir. Government officials have said that 2,600 villages have been affected – 1,700 in Kashmir and the remainder in Jammu. Over 390 villages have been fully submerged and at least five million people have been affected by floods across Jammu and Kashmir.

When Pakistan is administration less with no rights to its minorities and conflicts among its people and can't afford food to Azad Kashmiri flood victims, then why Pakistan want Indian Kashmir. Pakistan has to be merged with India for its survival and to become one of civilised state of India...

India got Italy to send back Marines for trial in Indian courts, this shows the soft diplomacy power India enjoys in world politics. Other countries such as US, France, UK and even China have made concessions in international frameworks (like NSG) to accommodate rising stature of India.
The funniest part of your comment is that you are irritated by claims about "rise of India", which has nothing to do with Kashmir the topic of this article. Just to draw a fair comparison, you will not find many Indians commenting on IK or TQ even though most of their claims & logic fall little short of nursery jingles to a outside world that has much better grasp and experience of a working democracy including your favorite.....Shining India!!

Yasin Malik and others like him who think are leaders of separatist movement fled to Delhi during floods and kept hiding when Indian media was looking for them. local Kashmiris wanted help and so called separatists like Yasin, and other hurriyat members were absconding. Indian army saved lakhs of lives. India is now rebuilding houses, roads, hospitals, infrastructure, providing free food, shelter, medicines, monetary relief from tax payers money. Hurriyat shame on you!!!! Instigating locals people in the name of independence is your livelihood, this is the way you get money to live high class life, eat in 5 stars, travel in expensive SUVs, charter planes, have lavish lifestyles at the cost of poor kasmiris.

Reality is that we Kashmiris don't consider ourselves Indian. Indians consider us Pakistanis. Pakistanis actually love us. So, make it official and let is live in peace as Pakistanis, with our property, honor, and safety intact. Kashmir is a Muslim majority land, and it is part of Pakistan. India has no claim to it.

@Ishan: Could you please enlighten us what kind of Super Power India is going to be, have you seen the teeming poverty around you, having nuclear weapons does no make India, Pakistan or North Korea a super power. It seems 2/3 of India's population lives below poverty level, rampant corruption, dilapidated dwellings with no indoor running water or toilets even for female residents, congested, polluted and dilapidated roads and other infrastructure. Above all uncontrollable population growth is not the hall mark of a country going to be a super power. Look at some of the countries in South Asia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore or in Europe Denmark, Austria and Norway are smaller well to do countries but they are not striving to become some pseudo super power. Don't compare your self to Pakistan, Iran, Bangla Desh or Afghanistan, these are the countries which should do better economically than they are doing. If you think you are catching up with US, you better visit here and see for yourself that there is no comparison. Kashmir is an internationally recognized disputed territory and India can't keep the humanity there shackled up for ever, India should allow the international press in Kashmir so they can tell us how the majority of the people feel for being subjugated by India's security forces which has killed more then 100,000 people and Raped their women folks in the last 12 years.
