According to ECP, 275 lawmakers have submitted their asset details up till now.
On July 9, the poll body had issued a notification, asking all lawmakers to submit details of their assets by September 30.
ECP had said that if lawmakers fail to submit the details, their membership from the relevant assembly would be suspended.

@ishrat salim:
"gulf"stream. just saying.
This Election Commission loses its credibility, which it never had, merely on accepting this assets information now. It proves its total bias and favour for Nawaz Sharif. It also confirms PTI Leadership is right in accusing Nawaz and party of massive rigging at the same time rendering this ECP as corrupt and liable to trial in court of law after Nawaz is gone which should be sooner than later.
@Z: "Now for those qho are crying about him submitting the details of his assets this late, it may surprise but the beloved self called champion of everything Imran Khan is yet to submit the details of his assets"
Bro are you sleeping or something? Go to PTI official site and all the assets of the members including Imran Khan have already been declared and up for everyone to see.
@Shuaib Bhat: He wouldn't share key ministries with people outside of his circle, the country is in dire need of a capable foreign minister which is currently run by two advisers. What autonomy are you referring to?
Did ECP release the details of assets? If yes, then ET should write it down for public information. If not, why ECP did not release that information?
@Shuaib Bhat: "Though none of you guys will ever appreciate anything he’ll ever do."
.... because he has done NOTHING for the people.
GO NAWAZ GO
Why the details are not made public? Do the details include his and his children's mega businesses and properties overseas??
@Iftikhar Ahmad: This is the problem with our country; when Hilary Clinton was first nominated in 2009 for Secretary of State, Bill Clinton had to sever many business ties as a condition for her nomination and acceptance to the post by the Senate Committee.
According law and constitution. One is accountable individually not for whole family.
@Anon: It had nothing to do with the protests. He HIMSELF has given the ECP more autonomy. He HIMSELF has given the AG more autonomy. Though none of you guys will ever appreciate anything he'll ever do.
NS PM of Pakistan a poor country by world standard, travels in Jetstream costing 8000 $ per hour, from Islamabad to NY via London alongwith an army of cooks, maids & driver, , stays in the best hotels in London ( although he has a luxurious house in best area of London ), stays in 8000 $ per night in Waldrof Astoria in a presidential suite. Then he claims to be a protector of democracy , constitution & yet his poor people lives in destitute....iska kia hoga kalia....Allah swt to jawab nahi denay ? GO NAWAZ GO....
So little so late.....Jagoo Pakistan Jagoo, eliminate these corrupt elements from their roots;now is the time.....once IK leaves-the hope will vanish with him....
and then he asks what these protests are achieving!
He's a businessman first & the prime minister second. He needs to stop wasting the wealth of the country on himself & his cronies!!! Make V.I.P culture R.I.P!!!
Go Nawaz Go!!!!!
.....18 months after the elections ?....what credibility does the EC have ?
I would like to know what those assets are, and how it justifies the meagre tax he gives
It would be more appropriate to ask for asset details of his family rather than him alone. A little naive me thinks.
