Police crackdown: Terrorism bid foiled in Charsadda

CHARSADDA: The district police foiled a terrorism bid and arrested two suspects. According to Ijaz Khan Abazai, an official of Sardheri police station, they stopped a car on the basis of suspicion and searched it. A large amount of ammunition was found hidden inside. The seized material included 100 sticks of dynamite, 100 safety fuses and 40 detonators. Abazai added the two suspects identified as Ibrahim and Nazeer Muhammad, residents of Mohmand Agency, were taken into custody. The official said the car was coming from Mardan and was heading to Mohmand Agency.
