Convenience for people: CM Grievance Redressal System becomes functional

272 complaints registered so far against education department out of which 104 have been solved, says minister

At least 272 complaints have been registered so far against the education department out of which 104 have been solved, while 143 are under process, said Minister of Education Muhammad Atif on Thursday.



Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the Chief Minister Grievance Redressal System at the Directorate of Information Technology, Atif said with the establishment of the system all citizens can register complaints against poor performance of government departments.


Health minister Shahram Khan Tarakai was also present on the occasion.


The system became functional on Thursday and in the first phase it will be implemented in the education, police, health, revenue and government departments.


Through the system, citizens will be able to register complaints through text messages, emails and social media and their registered complaint would be answered within 20 days.
