Illegal hunting : Two hunters nabbed, six falcons seized

The wildlife team imposed a fine of Rs 20,000 on both the accused and also released the falcons in the field area.

ATTOCK: In a surprise raid on Wednesday, the wildlife department caught two hunters and recovered six falcons from their possession.  As per details, a team of the district wildlife department, led by district officer Manzoor Ahmed, in a raid caught two hunters—Mir Afsar and Nazakat residents of Hazro tehsil—red-handed and also recovered six falcons from their possession. The wildlife team imposed a fine of Rs 20,000 on both the accused and also released the falcons in the field area.
