Govt undertaking efforts to boost trade: President Mamnoon

Mamnoon Hussain says measures are being taken to address challenges faced by business community

ISLAMABAD: President Mamnoon Hussain said on Wednesday that the government has undertaken efforts to boost economic prospects, trade and exports.

Addressing a delegation of members of the Bahawalpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry, led by Minister of State Muhammad Balighur Rehman in Islamabad, the president appreciated the contributions of the business sector in creating economic opportunities.

“Measures are being taken to address the challenges faced by the business community,” he added.

The delegation assured the president that Bahawalpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry would continue contributing to the national economy.
