“We will contact them on September 24 again and will not let them be stranded in this situation,” he said addressing a public gathering on Friday.
He said that Tahirul Qadri was suggested to pursue the Model Town incident case in another province’s court under a joint investigation team, and if Shahbaz Sharif is found guilty, he will have to leave the government.
He asserted that despite obtaining majority, the government was facing problems, which indicates that Allah Almighty is not happy with the PML-N government. He advised Shahbaz Sharif to seek Allah’s forgiveness. He said if he does not do so, calamities such as dengue, floods and sectarian violence would persist.
He said none of the political parties functions democratically and the country has become a club of feudals.
“There is only one party with real democratic ethos - the JI - and we hold elections [for national representatives] every five years” he added.
“If Allah Almighty gives us the chance then I will take back the lands handed over to landlords by the English [before independence] and distribute them among the poor. I want to see the Holy Quran in hands of Pakistan’s Chief Justice rather than the English book.”

If Allah Almighty gives us the chance then I will take back the lands handed over to landlords by the English [before independence] and distribute them among the poor. WOW!! I am with you Siraj
i'm not disputing integrity of Siraj but he 's proved useless in negotiating an end to this dharna drama. It's like a magic round about. Nothing moves forward and everyday he comes back on TV to make a statement declaring the they've almost got there but they do not. Such a waste of time for last 5 weeks
@Tariq Ghouri: Actually, Siraj is playing a double game. If he were an honest person, he would have first quit as a coalition partner of PTI in KP. And, then he could have been considered a neutral person. The clause for PM's resignation is a ruse to cause finally his resignation. He is well versed in diplomacy, which among, things, does not presuppose total honesty.
Siraj ul Huq is such a balance person, his wise decisions and simplicity truly shows his dignity, first time he gave statement about his own party... we all have to admit that JI is real democratic party, because they always elect there leader after ever 5 years... In my opinion they are committed to their words that's why Imran Khan and all parties leaders always give him true respect.
Well said, Sirajul Haq. Yes, abolition of feudal system should be the top priority of all political parties if they want to see economic justice in the country. Immediately after independence, India abolished feudalism. Sadly Pakistan did not. We should do away with other relics of British Empire which helped strengthen the colonial rule. I request the political parties also to abolish Military Cantonment Areas dotting along all the major cities of the country. Sadly Tahirul Qadri and Imran Khan are not raising these issues. I wonder why?
