Critical condition: Balochistan CM’s nephew attempts suicide

Balochistan Chief Minister Abdul Malik Baloch’s nephew was critically wounded on Tuesday after he shot himself in what was believed to be a suicide attempt.


Umar Jan, son of Baloch’s elder brother Hasil Khan, attempted suicide by shooting himself in his neck at his house in Josak area of Turbat. Police official have confirmed that Umar, who is in his 20s, tried to commit suicide.


“The nephew of Balochistan chief minister was rushed to Turbat Medical Center where he is said to be in critical condition,” a police official told The Express Tribune.


Citing the possible reason behind his suicide bid, the police said, “He had suffered physical disability after a tragic road accident a few months ago in Turbat.”


Police are further investigating the incident and it is believed that doctors may shift him to a hospital in Karachi for further treatment.

Do not want to do Politics over this issue, but I am sure that the CM and his brother would must have learn that what blood feels like. Hope they behave more human like now.
