Police on Friday registered a case against three sons of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz MNA Mian Farooq and five other unknown persons for allegedly raping a girl.
According to details, the victim Naz* herself moved a complaint before the Madina Town police in which she alleged that Muazzam Farooq, former chairman Zila Council Faisalabad, his two brothers Saad Farooq, Qasim Farooq and five others harassed her.
The complainant mentioned to have identified the accused Muazzam, Saad and Qasim but doesn’t know the other five persons; however, she claimed that she can also identify them if brought before her.
SHO Madina Town police station Farukh Waheed told The Express Tribune that, “In the medical examination of the victim it was confirmed that she had been gang raped. However, a DNA test will establish whether or not the alleged persons have committed the crime.”
Meanwhile, City Police Officer (CPO) Faisalabad Dr Sohail Habib Tajik has formed a committee under the supervision of SP Madina Town Nasir Sial to probe the incident. “If it was proved that the alleged persons were involved in the gang rape, the police will not hesitate to proceed against them in accordance with law, said Tajik.
Sources privy to the matter have claimed the arrest of one accused, Muazzam Farooq, but police are not confirming it.

these things will happen over and over because there are no consequences. people sitting home watching tv or praying alone will not change these events from re-occurring. these culprits would be in jail for years in any civilized country n the world, fortunately for them Pakistan is anything but that.
Please leave PTI out of this, PTI has nothing to do this. Since Nawaz has to power hundreds of women have been kidnaped and raped god knows how many. MNA's sons, Pkistani law will protect tham, has it's protecting Shabaz, of killing 22 people of PTA workers in Lahore ( model town)
I am from his constituency. Even his neighbours leave there houses because of there illegal activities.
I wonder why do we get these clemities e.g Floods and Earth Quakes so often now a days.

There is nothing mysterious about this. Please stop dragging PTI into everything and instead one should display some morality and condemn this hideous act instead. I hope Allah helps the victims and severely punishes this MNA's family.
ET thanks for bringing this to light I searched GEO and couldn't find any mention of this on their website. It is said to see media outlets like GEO selectively publishing contents in the ruling party's favor.

PML N killed sixteen innocent persons in Lahore recently. What happened . Nothing. I am sure nothing will happen in this case. PML N is a bunch of street boys mentality persons. Recently an MPA of this party was arrested for attacking a police station in Faisalabad. I am sure he will be released very soon like they did in case of Gullu Butt.

Let me guess, this case will languish for years until media forgets the story and then these monsters will be acquitted of all charges.
