Airborne Threat: Dengue-prevention measures at UMT

LAHORE: The University of Management and Technology (UMT) launched an awareness campaign on Thursday about the threat posed by dengue fever. Insecticides were also sprayed at the campus to check the spread of dengue mosquitoes. According to a press release, insecticides were sprayed in classrooms and hostels. Awareness literature about dengue virus was also distributed among staff and students.
