RAWALPINDI: Boys clinched the top two positions while third place was secured by a girl in the Higher Secondary School Certificate Annual Examination 2014. Muhammad Nashit Khursheed of Punjab College of Information Technology, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi topped the list with 1,024, marks while Talha Shakeel of the same school stood second with 1,014 marks and Rida Nawaz of Punjab College for Girls, Chakwal came third with 1,010 marks. In the pre-engineering and pre-medical groups, boys secured more marks than girls, while in the commerce and humanities groups, girls outshone boys by obtaining more marks.
