ICAP, NUST: MoU offers dynamic routes in education

ICAP Vice President says collaboration is an endeavour to offer dynamic routes of achievement to the country’s youth

KARACHI: Pakistan’s leading accountancy body, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with one of the leading business educational institutions of Pakistan, NUST Business School (NBS) Islamabad. In accordance with the agreement, the graduates of BSc (Honours) Accounting and Finance programme at the NBS will be facilitated if they want to become chartered accountants. Upon graduation, they will qualify for a more streamlined route which will exempt them from AFC and CAF stages (13 subjects) of the CA curriculum. ICAP Vice President Rashid Ibrahim said the collaboration was an endeavour to offer dynamic routes of achievement to the country’s brilliant youth.
