Addressing his supporters for a second time today from his container parked outside the Cabinet Division gate, Imran said PAT chief Dr Tahirul Qadri called and assured him that his supporters were peacefully marching to the PM House.
“After his [Qadri] call, I took the party core committee into confidence and we decided to move forward,” said Imran, adding, only Javed Hashmi disapproved of the decision.
“I only got direction from the Pakistani nation, no one else,” he said, referring to Hashmi's claim that Imran received numerous 'messages' before making his decision.
Further, the PTI chief announced the expulsion of three PTI MNAs from the party. Nasir Khattak. Mussarat Ahmed Zeb and Gulzar Ahmed have been identified as the three PTI lawmakers, who hadn't submitted their resignations to National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq despite party orders.
Further, the PTI chief called off talks with the government. “The government should resign and hold re-elections.”
Asking his supporters to prepare themselves to beat “Gullu Butts” tonight, Imran said, “Nawaz thinks we will cower to violence, become fearful and flee, but we are not going anywhere.”
Earlier, Imran had urged all Pakistanis to rise up against the government, while addressing his supporters on Sunday.
Imran asked all party workers across the country to come out on the streets even if it required breaking barriers. “Civil servants should not follow the illegal orders of the government,” Imran stated.
He also said he would file a murder case against PM Nawaz Sharif as well as Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar and request that their names be put on the Exit Control List (ECL).
Imran's statements follow last night's clashes between protesters and the police.
At least three people have been killed and more than 400 others have been injured out since PTI and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) workers proceeded towards the PM House.
The PTI chief went on to allege that “Gullu Butts" wearing police uniforms tortured protesters as well as media personnel.
He remarked that shelling by police personnel was a violation of international law and accused the government of planning the attack before hand
"The bodies of two people were taken to the hospital in front of my eyes," said the PTI chairperson, adding that the injured were taken into custody by the police from the hospitals.
“Nawaz’s true face has been revealed. He does not know what democracy means,” said Imran, while reiterating that he is ready to die for the cause of freedom.
“Whoever says that these protests should not have taken place are slaves,” the PTI leader claimed. “We were not prepared yesterday but we are prepared now,” he added.

@Aik_Paki: Were you there? You have just called someone a coward but were you there? Because i did not have an internet connection there (which you seemed to have quite conveniently). Just got home to rest and saw this amongst other posts. Please do not belittle those who had their hearts broken. Real PTI supporters should be open to internal criticism. At the very least out leader messed up in picking Javed Hashmi as president.. At worst our leader took 'instructions'. I cannot prove one or the other and not sure I care but I am intelligent enough and tolerant enough to know some people were not there for the violence and were horrified by it. My only question is where are IK and TUQ children safely nestled. They should be here too for support.
Mr. Hashmi should be kicked out from the party earlier.

It is indeed funny to watch IK talking about democracy when he himself has made a joke out if it. Any common man knows that an attack on parliament/ pm house is an attack on the sovereignity of the state and hence demands strictest of response. Just imagine what would happen in US in case of an attack on white house!! I am not a supporter of nawaz shareef but I think IK and TUQ have totally lost it. IK I am trully disappointed in you as people had high hopes with you. you have made yourself and all the pakistanis a laughing stock.

If IK and TuQ are talking about leading a revolution, they have missed the mark. They could not even pull off a direct action of taking over the Parliament or PM house with the crowd support they had. They went scurrying to the army for help. Good riddance! Hashmi was a Trojan horse anyways. He has always been Nawaz's tout. He continued to attend Zia-ul-Haq's funeral for years, supported the Amir-ul-Momineen movement, and was among the attackers of the Supreme Court. Now he acts like a Hajji.

Imran Khan and Tahir Ul Qadri should just stop. The government has allowed protests to take place but it wasn't meant to be just outside the PM House (even the PTI president condemns this); the government had a right to use force to stop the protestors as they were trying to force their way into parts of the Red Zone that were off limits to the ordinary citizen. Imran Khan says they are not violent - so burning cars and trees is peaceful, isn't it? Shame on him and TUQ for using women and children for their political advantage. People who are getting injured/killed isn't the government's fault; it's these 2 who started all of it.
The current government is completely failing starting from it's promise to end load shedding in three months as stated by shabaz sharif on multiple occasions.
it is the democratic right of citizens of Pakistan to protest. The government already ordered murder of innocent protestors (including women and children) in model town Lahore. The government is nothing but a thug as well as punjab police. The PML-N is acting like barbarians.

It is nothing about democracy. It is all personal. There is one slot for PM and Imran Khan and Nawaz Sharif are vying for it.
A Parliament and PM house are symbolic values of a State. Scaling on PM shows that Imran Khan and Tahirul Qadri have a different agenda.
If democracy is derailed then it will be because of Imran Khan and Tahirul Qadri as they first made allegations, then they become a judge, and now executor of their judgement.
Rigging in last election was just an excuse to up the ante. Now that people are dying, Imran Khan needs to step back and prove his mantle. Let SC commission come up with its finding and if it is proven that Nawaz Sharif rigged the last election then he must be kicked out. Army will be gurantoor of that.
