Shot dead: Police constable killed

A case has been lodged by Tariq Unar, a brother of the deceased, nominating the two identified suspects.

A police constable from the reserve police was shot dead in Mirpurkhas on Thursday, allegedly over a personal dispute.


Athar Unar was killed during a scuffle over the sale of a motorcycle. However, his brothers told the police that he was killed in his guestroom by Sajid Atish and Imran Panhwar. Mehmoodabad police SHO Kamal Nohrio said that Panhwar had been arrested but Atish managed to escape. A case has been lodged by Tariq Unar, a brother of the deceased, nominating the two identified suspects as well as two others.
