Man injured: Small explosion occurs at truck stand
KARACHI: A man was wounded when a low-intensity explosion occurred at Mauripur truck stand on Friday evening. Police officials said the explosion happened in the diesel tank of an oil tanker. Mauripur SHO Chaudhry Saleem ruled out the possibility of terrorist activity, saying that the explosion occurred during the welding of the tank. The injured man was discharged from the hospital after medical treatment. No case has been registered as it was an accident.
