Kabul is expected to approach the United Nations to seek international support in efforts to halt cross-border attacks, Afghan media has reported.
The recommendations will be made on the sidelines of the UN’s General Assembly meeting scheduled to take place in three weeks, Tolo TV reported on Wednesday.
Quoting the ministry of foreign affairs, the report said the Afghan government will ask UN to put pressure on Pakistan to stop all “rocket and artillery fire into Afghanistan” particularly Kunar province.
The Afghan spy agency alleged that “Pakistan has increased interference in Afghanistan’s internal affairs to create uncertainty about the political future of the country.”
“We have evidence about the involvement of Pakistani security agencies,” spokesman for Afghanistan’s intelligence agency, NDS, Haseeb Siddiqi told a news conference in Kabul.
Siddiqi claimed that Pakistan has now changed its policy in Afghanistan and wants to spread “mistrust among Afghans about their future.”
“Afghanistan has evidence and documents that Pakistani institutions have now taken the lead of fighting in our country,” the NDS spokesman said.

@Ahmad: We are not doing it for free and we got money for that. Stop fooling the nation.
Always ready but never did it because their proofs are as thin as Indians.
@Bakhtiyar Ghazi Khan - "The future is moving fast, and India has lost its strategic depth in Afghanistan." This strategic depth thing is your/Pakistani concept.... We never had any shortsighted or selfish motives... Ours is based on goodwill, pragmatism and realpolitik.
@Randomstranger:
Read the following link to understand the Afghan view point.

@Another Afghan..
There are hundreds of thousands of Afghans living in Punjab and big cities like Karachi. I hope they will be deported, and imprisoned if they ever returned. We, the common people, are fed up with these thankless and unwanted people making slums all over the county.
And when did Balochistan become a part of "Afghanistan"?

@imran: you keep laughing at others even when whole world laughs at your stupidity . how are the non state actors doing?
@Bakhtiyar Ghazi Khan: correction- India is involved with Afghan government in fighting against terrorism from Pakistan. If you have the link to some non Pakistani channel regarding your claim can you please provide it.
@Ahmad: No you don't. Google for images of Kabul and other cities of Afghanistan back in 1970s. And then google images of present day. You would realise what your war mongering dictators have done to a beautiful nation. Tell me one thing your leaders have helped in creating and I can tell you hundreds they have destroyed. My advise to Pakistanis- dont look back at history or you will be ashamed of yourself for the rest of your life.
@Mansoor: 18 consulates only? India has 118 consulates in Afghanistan. You are behind on your count. And you expect anything coming out of Pakistan to be taken seriously?
@Mansoor: You say "I read a report etc etc" but then you CONVENIENTLY neglect to name the report or point out where we can ALL read it!! BTW, where do those 14 out of 18 mentioned Indian consulates exist, other than in your delusions???
@3 million - "Can we repatriate humanely the 3m afghans in pakistan so thete is no grounds for these allegations"
What repatriate??? The land our Afghan brothers are staying on is our land. You stole it. Its better you Pakistani quit our land and go back to Sindh/Punjab.
we laugh at indian/Afghan proofs as they are false and fiction of madness
@Rudra:
You are absolutely right - India has only four consulates which have development volunteers who help in Afghanistan's rural development projects, besides the usual consular staff to provide consular services.
This guy @ Mansoor probably cannot count. Mathematic has never been a strong point amongst Pakistanis, anyway. But you got to give them credit: they can recite the Khoran back and front. After all, these guys get their education, mostly, in madrassahs.
@ Bhatiyar Ghazi Khan
I don't think Holbrooke, a seasoned diplomat, would ever make such a ridiculous statement. India does not engage in any anti-Pakistani activities on Afghan soil. But can one say the same of Pakistan which has enemies all around it, thanks to its constant meddling and creating mischief in other's real estate?
Pakistanis may not like to hear this but Pakistan has become an international pariah; had it not been for generous U.S. aid, the country would have fragmented long ago into more pieces which would be fighting each other.
@sharabi: Thank you for this information.
Then its even easier for the Aghans to cross back and receive this aid from foreign agencies in their country.
Why are they still in Pakistan?
Afghans have been manipulated by Indian intelligence.
Where have all the billions the international community invested in Afghanistan gone Mr Karzai?
I always get a kick out of reading jingoistic, delusional and ignorant comments from the madrasah educated people of the land of the pure.
The forces of the 3D school of thought (denial, delusion and deflection) is strong in Pakistan resulting in the precarious situation it finds itself in today.
Introspection and reflection are alien concepts in Pakistan where conventional wisdom is shunned and conspiracy theorists' thrive by spreading false propaganda against its neighbors to perpetuate a stale narrative that only finds currency among the hare brained.
Even Holbrooke agreed that India is involved with the Afghan government in terrorism against Pakistan, using its consulates for proxy war. India can't deny that its only role in Afghanistan is anti-Pakistan and anti-Pukhtoon. India fears Pakistan and Afghan unity, and like many other countries in the region, is trying to stop it from materializing.
As time goes on, the pain and suffering faced by Afghans and Pakistanis by outside powers like India, Russia, NATO, and others will unite us together. The future is moving fast, and India has lost its strategic depth in Afghanistan.
@Mansoor: Afghan overnment has 18 consulates in Afghanistan? Really? Pu meant India - right? India just has 4 consulates in Afghanistan- in the exact same cities as Pakistan has.if there ae 18 consulates, please probide names of cities where they are or list the address.
Some people will remain always thankless.. After providing years of refugee service to Afghans, getting direct hits from all Afghan's problems, I guess Pakistan deserves some respect from Afghanistan..
ET Seriously, Plz stop publishing each n every news coming from Afghan Foreign Ministry. The relevance and proximity should not supersede credibility of the "news reported" (Claimed)
regards,
@Mansoor: 18 consulates? Lol india has 4 consulates in Afghanistan why don't you google before going on with your conspiracy theories being taught there? And btw indian paper has once asked your FO spokesperson regarding this false statement being used to fan hate across your country. Abdul basit himself has said that 18 consulates are not factually correct.
"I have read a report a few months back that India ,Afghanistan and Iran had plotted to defame Pakistan" you forgot china. Even they have raised objection with you about your networks supporting Uighur extremist attack in their country. Btw nice approach, ostrich head buried in head who refuse to see the truth and deflect blame with theories. Why don't you for a change open your eyes and recognise the problem and solve it with your surrounding neighbour regarding attacks than follow denial approach? Do you realise such mistakes have cost you more than the neighbours? World's most wanted person was found there, while you followed same approach "denial" he's not here".
I had read a report a few months back that India, afghanistan and Iran had plotted to defame Pakistan and try isolate it through false allegations of cross border terrorism. Now I believe the report had some substance to it. This, the Iranian allegations of soldier kidnapping, and the as-usual Indian moanings are all pointing to the authenticity of the report. However, what Afghan Government fails to inform is that it has established 18 indian consulates in Afghanistan which are continuously engaged in terrorist activities in Pakistan including, but-not-limited-to, promoting sectarian violence between Shias and Sunnis, bomb blasts, provision of weapons and support to terrorists (Pakistani Taliban), supporting terrorist and separatist movements; just to name a few... It is worth mentioning that India is conducting many projects in Iran (& Afghanistan also). Iran also holds interest in destabilizing western Pakistan for reasons that i don't wish to go into detail here.
It must stand clear to all our neighbours.. we reserve the right to respond in kind... as we are doing in sialkot by destroying the Indian guns that dare to fire at us. be it even a single shot.
@muhammad @3 million Pakistan is just providing them The land for Tants, Nothing else, yes i say nothing else. Food: World Food Program, UNHRC Medical Help: WHO, UNICEF Temporary Schooling: UNICEF And many NGOs operating by Foreign donations, Recently Germany allotted a huge money for your IDPs not for afghans.
And WHEN will you provide the 'evidence'?
The statement given by Haseeb Siddiqi is just to make some noise and nothing else.
Can we repatriate humanely the 3m afghans in pakistan so thete is no grounds for these allegations,
One day afghans will realise they were played by India
If afghans bring their heads out of indians back side then they can see the who's interfering their matter. pakistan should deport all afghans as soon as and sand massage to these afghans that they are most hated nation on this plant.
Afghanistan should not waste its time and energy in providing proofs which are going to be out rightly rejected by Pakistan as India has tons of experience in facing the same dilemma with this country. India has now adopted the policy of massive response which is evident from the recent firing on border which lasted for many days and brought Pakistan to knees.
They will say these are acts of non-state actor .
They will turn all documents in to Toilet papers and will say that these are not enough. And then Pakistani People says why world do not believe us? Why we have not credibility in global World?
Provide the proofs, Pakistan will rubbish them anyways.
