Recommendation body: Committee to examine university benefits

KARACHI: Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ebad Khan has formed a committee to study, evaluate and recommend uniform rules, allowances and benefits for the officers of public sector universities, said a statement issued on Monday. The committee is headed by Sindh Madressatul Islam University vice-chancellor Dr Muhammad Ali Shaikh. The committee has been tasked to examine the existing allowances and benefits in all Sindh universities, to examine the possibility for uniform rules across these universities and to submit its recommendations for uniforms rules, allowances and benefits for the officers of these universities within one month.
