This photo does not seems to be of the actual accident. If you notice, the fire engine and the ambulance is not the kind used in pakistan. Also the medic in the ambulance is goora.

If I understand it correctly, Balkasar Interchange is near Talagang and Chakwal as compared to Rawalpindi.
